For example, a business lawver can review your standard contract to ensure it is legally binding and that you have all the protection you need if there is a problem in the future.
What if my lawyer can't answer my questions?
If you are unsatisfied with the legal advice you receive from your lawyer, Goodlawyer will give you your money back. Simply email help@goodlawyer.ca to request a refund.
Will I be matched with a lawyer in my city?
You will be able to select the lawyer you want to work with. We partner with lawyers in every major Canadian city, but we can't guarantee they will be available at all times.
Can I work with more than one lawyer?
Of course! Goodlawyer makes it easy for you to work with any member of our Canada-wide network of lawyers so you always get the right legal expertise for your business. For example, if you have a question related to a commercial contract, you can easily connect with one of our business law specialists. If your question relates to tax, intellectual property or employment law, you can also connect one of our specialist lawyers with expertise in those fields.
What if I have questions relating to non-Canadian law?
Some of the lawyers on Goodlawyer have experience with the laws in foreign countries, particularly America.
