GOODLAWYER IS NOT A LAW FIRM, DOES NOT EMPLOY LAWYERS AND DOES NOT ENGAGE IN THE PRACTICE OF LAW OR THE PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES TO CLIENTS. GOODLAWYER DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR REVIEW THE QUALITY, SUITABILITY, SUFFICIENCY OR OUTCOME OF ANY LEGAL SERVICES BOOKED, CREATED OR DELIVERED USING THE PLATFORM SERVICES.  YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT GOODLAWYER DOES NOT DRAW LEGAL CONCLUSIONS, PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE, OPINIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS ABOUT THE LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, DEFENCES, OPTIONS, OR STRATEGIES APPLICABLE TO ANY LEGAL SERVICE CONTACT, OR APPLY THE LAW TO THE FACTS OF ANY LEGAL SERVICE CONTRACT.

Your Legal Service Contract, including email correspondence and payment obligations, is subject to Goodlawyer's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Retainer Agreement (collectively, the "Goodlawyer Terms"), as well as all Applicable Laws and regulations. You acknowledge and agree that: (i) Goodlawyer used a substantial amount of labour and effort to develop the Platform Services to enable Clients to hire Lawyers online conveniently and transparently; and (ii) a substantial portion of the compensation Goodlawyer receives for making the Platform available to Users is collected through the Service Fees described in Goodlawyer's Terms.

Any Goodlawyer email, including any attachments, may contain confidential and/or privileged information for the intended recipient(s) only and the sender does not waive any related legal rights or privilege. Any use or disclosure of the information by an unintended recipient is unauthorized and prohibited. If you have received an email message in error, please delete the entire message, including attachments if any, and inform Goodlawyer by return email.

Goodlawyer cannot guarantee the authenticity of any email exchanged by Lawyers and Clients. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of an email delivered by a Lawyer or Client, please contact Goodlawyer immediately. It is also important to check for viruses and defects before opening or using attachments. Goodlawyer accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from the receipt or use of any email transmission.
