Our CEO, Brett Colvin, worked in the big firm for nearly 5 years and saw the inefficiencies and frustrations for businesses firsthand. Realizing the need for change, he left in 2019 to join forces with his co-founders Parker, Tom and Grant to build something better.
Their aim was clear: to create a more efficient, business-focused legal service that met the needs of scaling companies.
