Work Environment:

Responsibilities:
  • Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of business customers across industries.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer needs — from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and long-term partnership.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Lawyer Experience teams to ensure customers have the perfect match with the right lawyers and deliver an outstanding experience.
  • Partner with Growth and Product teams to identify new opportunities to drive lawyer integration with our customers and make the way we work more efficient.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and provide insight-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Represent Goodlawyer’s values in every interaction — curious, dependable, team-first.
Qualifications:
  • Meaningful experience in account management, customer success, project management, or professional services (typically 5–10 years).
  • Background in technology, consulting, or legal services is a strong asset.
  • Strong communicator who can balance warmth and professionalism. Confident and comfortable speaking with executives.
  • Organized and proactive with a bias for action.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and improving how lawyers work.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where feedback and iteration are part of the game.
